overview : The Tracy Aviary, America's premier bird park, is located right in the heart of Salt Lake City. This conservation organization has a collection of approximately 400 birds representing 130 species from all over the world. The Tracy Aviary is a private non-profit organization devoted to environmental education and avian conservation and research. Admission is nominal and all proceeds benefit the birds.
collections : The birds you can see at The Tracy Aviary are from all corners of the globe. A walk around grounds reveals hornbills from Asia, cranes from Africa, kookaburras from Australia, flamingoes from South America and eagles from North America, to name but a few.
hours (subject to change) : Winter Hours: 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM Summer Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM The Tracy Aviary is open every day except for Christmas.
