overview : The QUILCENE HISTORICAL MUSEUM is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization incorporated in 1991. Its purpose is to: preserve, display and explain the history of the Quilcene area; promote the preservation, awareness and understanding of history for present and future generations; to collect, preserve and make available items of historical content.
collections : Artifacts, documents & photos of: logging, farming, Quilcene schools, early stores, home and hearth, business & industry, kitchen & genealogy. We also have a Gift Shop and celebrate Quilcene Heritage Days the last week-end of April
hours (subject to change) : Open April 25 - September 21, 2003. Open Friday through Monday, 1 to 5 pm (If we have volunteers available). Call for appointment for other times / days. (360) 765 - 4848 - leave message.
