overview : Founded first in 1924 as the Pasadena Historical Society, the Pasadena Museum of History is Pasadena's only museum devoted solely to preserving our local history and culture. The Museum's archival collections of over 1,000,000 historic photographs, rare books, manuscripts, maps, architectural records, costumes, paintings and artifacts are the largest and most comprehensive collections relating to the rich history of the area. - Other museum highlights include the Fenyes Mansion and Finnish Folk Art Museum
