overview : Oakleigh Period House Museum and Historic Complex is operated by the Historic Mobile Preservation Society. The 3 1/2 landscaped acres consist of Oakleigh, the city's official ante-bellum period house museum; the Cox-Deasy House; and the Archives Building, which also houses the Administrative offices of the Society.
