overview : Bob McCoy has been the curator of the nation's largest collection of quirky and wacky gadgetry invented to cure all kinds of ailments. They've been on display since 1983 at the Museum of Questionable Medical Devices, a quaint space in the basement of Minneapolis' St. Anthony Main that's almost as obscure as its phrenology machines and foot-operated breast enlarger. - On January 27, Mr. McCoy retired, and his prized collection of quack medical devices headed to the Science Museum of Minnesota.
