overview : First opened in 1959 it was dedicated to past members of the Fire Department. Rebuilt with a considerable addition, it was rededicated in 1994 to coincide with the 100th birthday of the Lafrance Steam Fire Engine that is housed in it.

collections : Includes a variety of antique firefighting equipment .. including the Lafrance Steam Fire Engine NO.307, also Known as "Tashtassuck NO.1"which is a 3rd size pumper, and is still pulled by a team of horses, can pump the full 600 gallons per minute that it was rated for when The Jamestown Fire Department purchased it in 1894.
