overview : A fine example of Second French Empire construction, the home was designed and built in 1873 by J.D. Hall for Samuel Pugh Hamilton, former banker, mayor and entrepreneur. It is decorated with original period furnishings. The home is currently owned by Nancy Hillis, 'Mandy' of Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil. Some of the tours are lead by her.
