overview : The Dinsmore Homestead is an 1842 National Register historic site that houses the original furnishings and belongs of five generations of one Kentucky family with links to the Roosevelts and George Washington. The family cemetery includes graves of two Roughriders, 3 slaves and their children, and a B.F. Goodrich family member. -Open from April 1 to December 15 each year.
