overview : The Chicago Architecture Foundation (CAF) is dedicated to advancing public interest and education in architecture and related design. The Foundation pursues this mission through a comprehensive program of exhibits, tours, special events, youth education programs, and lectures, all designed to enhance the public's awareness and appreciation of Chicago's outstanding architectural legacy.

collections : Our permanent exhibits at the ArchiCenter are located in our visitor center, called CitySpace. CitySpace includes a scale model of the 16-square-mile downtown area, video interviews with famous architects, architectural artifacts, a timeline of Chicago architectural history, and interactive virtual tours.

hours (subject to change) : Monday - Saturday 9:00 am – 7:00 pm Sunday 9:30 am – 6:00 pm The ArchiCenter is open every day except New Year’s Day, Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. CitySpace is closed on Mondays.
