overview : We the Cayuga Museum, collect, preserve and exhibit objects and create programs to interpret historical themes related to Cayuga County. Our non-profit organization is located on the former Willard Case estate where Theodore W. Case invented the first commercially successful system of sound-on-film and where much of his original equipment remains. We facilitate access to our collections and develop and sponsor programs for the education and enjoyment of the public. We are committed to the preservation of our heritage for future generations.
