collections : Puget Sound Naval Shipyard memorabilia. The Shipyard was established in 1891, the Navy has been repairing, building and overhauling ships here for 111 years. Many items from these ships are on display at the museum. A large display of memorabilia from USS ENTERPRISE also is on display. The oldest known cannon in the United States is on display. Originally from Korea in 1377 it is made of wood and wrapped in bamboo.
