overview : Practice your penmanship, cipher math problems on a slate or participate in a spelling bee with a costumed schoolteacher. Built in 1869, the school is the only building that remains on the town site of Lanesfield, a mail stop on the Santa Fe Trail. Lanesfield offers special events throughout the year, call for information.
