overview : JCHS Mission:To actively discover, collect, preserve, and promote the heritage of Jefferson County in the State of Washington. Fifty-four year old museum located in the landmark Port Townsend City Hall building in the Water Street National Historic in Port Townsend.

hours (subject to change) : Monday-Saturday 11 am to 1 pm Sunday 1pm to 4 pm. Closed weekdays in January and February. -(We are not open extended hours in July and August.)
