overview : Gulf Coast Museum of Art (GCMA), located in Pinewood Cultural Park, features permanent and changing exhibitions of contemporary art created by Florida artists from 1960 forward and fine contemporary craft media objects from the Southeastern U.S. Educational programs that supplement the exhibitions include lectures, programs, films, festivals, tours and more. GCMA also offers classes and workshops for children and adults in ceramics, metalsmithing, painting, sculpture, photography and drawing. GCMAs hours are Tuesday-Saturday, 10am-4pm; Sunday, 12pm-4pm; and Closed Monday. Admission is adults, seniors, students, free for children under 12 and museum members.
