The heart of the 'Functional Fine Art' collection contains over 200 meticulously restored American and European automobiles dating from 1898-1982. Unique to automobile museums, every car in The Nethercutt Collection starts and drives as if brand new.

Began in 1956, The Nethercutt Collection is an endowed not-for-profit educational institution, and resource for automotive and musical enthusiasts, historians, students and scholars. The Collection is the life work of J.B. Nethercutt, co-founder of Merle Norman Cosmetics. It is dedicated to the acquisition, preservation, perpetuation, and exhibition of historically important vehicles and memorabilia for public viewing and education.
